Rhinoplasty Case
This Toronto area patient underwent a rhinoplasty many years ago. She was displeased most that the nose was not straight and had a bump persisting on the bridge. She was also noted to have excess infratip lobule ( the peice that hangs down in between the nostrils). She had some retraction of her right nostril, tip bossa (knobs in the tip region) and extremely thin skin. She desired a conservative change leaving a high bridge. Photos following revision rhinoplasty show marked improvement in nasal contour. The nose is straighter, the tip bossa are gone, the bridge is straighter and particularily the excess infratip lobule has been addressed.
