Rhinoplasty Case

This patient presented after a previous rhinoplasty that left her nasal tip overly rotated, creating excessive nostril show and an unbalanced profile.

Her revision rhinoplasty focused on restoring proper tip rotation, support, and overall nasal harmony. The goal was to correct the exaggerated upward rotation and achieve a more natural, proportionate appearance from both the frontal and profile views.

At the one-year mark, the nose has settled beautifully. The tip appears softer and more refined, nostril show is significantly reduced, and the overall contour is more balanced. Both the frontal and side views demonstrate a natural, harmonious improvement without signs of overcorrection.

This case highlights how revision rhinoplasty can successfully address complications from previous surgery by restoring structure, improving tip positioning, and achieving a more balanced, natural-looking nasal shape.
