These results are shown two years after rhinoplasty was performed to improve nasal definition, augment the bridge, and narrow the nostril width. The goals of surgery were to create a more refined nasal shape while maintaining balance and harmony with the patient’s facial features.

In this case, rib cartilage was used to augment the nasal bridge and provide stronger structural support. The nasal tip was narrowed and refined to improve definition, while the alar base was significantly reduced to decrease nostril width and create a more proportionate appearance from the front view.

At two years after surgery, the results appear fully healed and well defined. The bridge has better projection and contour, the tip appears narrower and more refined, and the nostril width is significantly improved. These changes create a more balanced and harmonious facial profile while still preserving a natural look.

This case highlights how rhinoplasty using rib cartilage grafting can improve bridge height, tip definition, and nostril shape in patients seeking more structural refinement. Careful surgical planning and long-term healing are important in achieving stable, natural-looking results.
