Rhinoplasty Case
This patient underwent a closed rhinoplasty to refine the appearance of her nose. She has naturally thick skin, so swelling takes longer to settle, but early results are already very promising.
Profile improvement was achieved through tip deprojection and a subtle chin augmentation to enhance overall facial balance. The nose has been straightened — while it will never be perfectly midline, the improvement is significant and natural.
Four months after surgery, the bridge has been reduced, and the tip lifted and refined, creating a balanced and natural profile. There is still some expected residual swelling in the tip, which will continue to decrease over the coming months, revealing even more definition over time.
These subtle enhancements demonstrate how closed rhinoplasty can improve both the shape and proportion of the nose while maintaining a natural, harmonious appearance.
