Rhinoplasty Case
This patient had a challenging crooked nose with a small dorsal bump and a less refined nasal tip. The nasal deviation affected the overall symmetry of the nose, while the bump and tip shape contributed to a less balanced profile.
The goals of surgery were to straighten the nasal structure, reduce the small bump, improve tip definition, and create a more balanced nasal appearance while keeping the result natural.
Crooked nose rhinoplasty can be more complex because it often requires correction of both the external nasal shape and the underlying structural support. In this case, careful attention was given to improving the nasal alignment, refining the bridge, and supporting the tip so the final result would look straighter, softer, and more harmonious with the patient’s facial features.
The early result already shows a clearer nasal line, improved symmetry, a smoother bridge, and a more refined tip. The nostrils also appear more balanced from the underside view. Some swelling is expected at this stage, especially around the tip, and the nose will continue to settle and refine over time.
This case shows how rhinoplasty can improve a crooked nose, reduce a small bump, and refine the nasal tip while preserving a natural look. For patients with nasal asymmetry, a customized surgical plan is important to achieve both better balance and long-term stability.
