Rhinoplasty Case
Sometimes the most impactful rhinoplasty results are the ones that look natural and effortless. This patient underwent septorhinoplasty to improve both nasal breathing and facial harmony, achieving meaningful structural improvements while preserving her natural appearance.
At four months after surgery, the results already demonstrate significant refinement. The dorsal hump has been reduced, creating a smoother bridge profile, while the nose has been carefully straightened to improve overall symmetry. The nasal tip was lifted and refined to create better balance between the nose and surrounding facial features.
In addition to cosmetic improvements, correction of the underlying septal deviation was performed to improve airflow and nasal function. Combining functional and aesthetic goals is a common part of septorhinoplasty, helping patients breathe better while also addressing concerns about nasal shape.
The front-view photographs show improved alignment and symmetry, while the profile views highlight the smoother bridge contour and more refined tip position. These changes contribute to a softer, more balanced appearance without looking overdone.
As expected at four months after surgery, some residual swelling remains, particularly in the tip. This is a normal part of the healing process, and further definition and refinement will continue to develop over the coming months as swelling gradually resolves.
This case illustrates how septorhinoplasty can address both functional concerns and cosmetic goals, creating a nose that looks natural, balanced, and harmonious while supporting improved breathing.
We are grateful to our wonderful patient for allowing us to share her results and be part of her journey.
