Rhinoplasty Case
Every rhinoplasty is designed around the individual patient rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. For this patient, the goal was to improve both nasal function and facial harmony while maintaining a natural appearance that complements her facial features.
Four months after septorhinoplasty, the results already demonstrate significant improvement. The nose has been carefully straightened, creating better symmetry from the front view, while correction of the deviated septum has improved nasal breathing.
From the profile, the dorsal hump has been reduced to create a smoother bridge, and the nasal tip has been lifted and refined for a softer, more balanced contour. These subtle structural changes allow the nose to blend naturally with the rest of the face without appearing overcorrected.
The before-and-after photographs show improved alignment from every angle while preserving the patient’s unique facial character. Achieving this balance between function and aesthetics is one of the primary goals of modern rhinoplasty.
At four months, some swelling remains in the tip, which is completely expected during this stage of healing. Over the coming months, the tip will continue to refine as swelling gradually resolves, with the final result continuing to develop throughout the first postoperative year.
Our goal is always to create natural-looking results that enhance facial balance while reflecting each patient’s individual aesthetic goals.
We sincerely thank our wonderful patient for allowing us to share her results and be part of her rhinoplasty journey.
