Rhinoplasty Case
Sometimes the best rhinoplasty result is the one that looks like you were simply born with a more balanced nose. This case demonstrates how subtle structural changes can create a noticeable improvement while preserving a patient’s natural appearance.
The procedure focused on reducing the dorsal hump, straightening the nose, and refining the nasal tip without making the nose appear over-operated. At the same time, a deviated septum was corrected to improve nasal breathing, providing both cosmetic and functional benefits.
From the side profile, the bridge is smoother and more proportionate, while the refined tip creates a softer transition between the nose and upper lip. The overall profile appears more harmonious without dramatically changing the patient’s facial identity.
The front view demonstrates improved symmetry and alignment, with the nose sitting more naturally in the center of the face. These subtle refinements help balance the surrounding facial features while maintaining the patient’s unique characteristics.
Rather than creating a dramatically smaller nose, the surgical plan prioritized preserving the patient’s natural beauty. Every adjustment was carefully tailored to enhance facial balance, ensuring the final result looks elegant, refined, and authentic.
Our goal is always to achieve natural rhinoplasty results that improve both appearance and breathing while respecting each patient’s individual facial features and aesthetic goals.
