Rhinoplasty Case
This patient presented with significant concerns regarding both the appearance and function of her nose. She had a severely deviated septum that affected her breathing, along with a collapsed bridge and tip concerns. She underwent a septorhinoplasty with rib graft reconstruction.
The procedure involved straightening the nose, rebuilding the collapsed bridge, and lifting and refining the nasal tip. Her deviated septum was repaired to improve her airway and overall breathing. Results of rib cartilage reconstruction rhinoplasty are shown at 1 year after surgery. The outcome demonstrates a straighter, more defined nose with improved symmetry, along with functional benefits from corrected breathing issues.
