Rhinoplasty Case
This young woman had a septorhinoplasty in the past. The nose was not straight , there was a persisitant dorsal hump in the mid nasal bridge. Most prominently the tip had very poor support..This resulted in a very droopy or ptotic tip. An external approach revision septorhinoplasty was performed. The nose was straightened both externally and internally which improved her breathing and appearance. The tip was lifted and supported with a strong cartlage graft taken from the nasal septum.
