Rhinoplasty Case
This young woman had revision rhinoplasty in Toronto. She underwent a previous rhinoplasty by another surgeon but still had a number of concerns about the look of her nose. She felt it was too long and droopy. She disliked the rounding of the bridge on the profile. She also noted asymmetry in her tip and a depression on the right side of the tip.She was also noted to have a deviated septum which can be seen in the view from underneath showing the nostrils. She underwent a revision septorhinoplasty in Toronto. The post operative photos taken at 1 year after surgery show the nose has been shortened. There is less of a droop from the side and front. The rounding on the bridge is improved and the tip depression is better as is the tip symmetry. The view from below shows a well healed external approach incision with correction of the deviated nasal septum.
