Rhinoplasty Case
This young woman had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty in Toronto. She felt her nose was too long and droopy especially with smiling. The nose always pulls down a bit with smiling due to a muscle that attaches to the base of the nose called the depressor septi. She also disliked the convex shape of the bridge in profile and had a deviated septum that can be seen from the view showing the nostrils. She wanted a very feminine nose with significant change. After photos show the tip has been lifted and the nose shortened. The profile is much softer and feminine with more slope. The deviated septum has been repaired as shown in the view from below the nostrils.
