Rhinoplasty Case
This young man had a deviated and asymmetric nose as a result of previous nasal trauma/ nasal fracture. The bony nasal pyramid was wide and deviated and the tip was deviated to the right. Note the asymmetry of the nostrils in the view from below as a result of the tip deviation. He underwent an external approach septorhinoplasty to straighten the nose and improve the overall symmetry. The tip is now midline and the nostrils are almost equal. His breathing is also markedly improved as a result of the surgery to correct the deviated septum.
