Rhinoplasty Case
This young man had previous rhinoplasty elsewhere and had some nasal trauma in the past. His nose was deviated and internally he had a major deviation of his septum blocking his breathing passage. He had a persistent bump on the lower part of the bridge. The tip was very over projected with long excessive show of the nostrils. An external rhinoplasty was performed to straighten the nose and improve his breathing. The post operative photos now show the nose is straight. The tip has been set back and the nostrils reduced. The bump on the lower part of the bridge is now gone.
