Rhinoplasty Case
This young woman had rhinoplasty in Toronto. She felt overall that her nose was too large. She was concerned however about reducing the nose too much. An analysis of her face revealed a nose that was over projected, slightly droopy or long and had a hump on the bridge. The nasal tip was also found to be somewhat wide or bulbous. She was noted also to have strong facial features with an attractive but prominent chin. Her rhinoplasty plastic surgery included lifting and setting back the tip closer to the face. Reduction of the nasal bridge hump and moderate narrowing of the nasal tip. All of this was done in a conservative fashion to obtain a natural looking result that suits the strong boney structure of her face. If for example a nose is over reduced in a woman with a prominent chin, it can make the chin seem more prominent which is generally not desirable.
