Rhinoplasty Case
This Toronto area patient had a previous rhinoplasty done elsewhere many years ago. She was displeased with her pitched overprojected tip and had difficulty breathing. Revision rhinoplasty was performed using an external approach. The front view shows softening of her nasal tip and from the side the nose has been set back closer to the face. The view from below shows some widening of the nostrils that also helped her breathing. It also shows an example of the external approach incision at an early healing phase (1month) where redness can still be seen- this will fade with time.
