This young woman disliked her nose particularly her profile. She was found to have a dorsal hump on the bridge, a somewhat wide tip that was slightly overprojected. It was also noted that her nose deviated to the left. She underwent a closed rhinoplasty to reduce the bridge, refine the tip and straighten the nose. This young woman disliked her nose especially the profile. She felt it was too long and disliked the convex shape and long nostrils. She underwent a rhinoplasty in Toronto by Dr Rival. One can see that the bridge has been reduced and the tip lifted and set back. As a result the nostrils are also not as long from the side. The profile is now much softer with a nice supra tip break making the tip stand out nicely from the bridge.

This young woman underwent a rhinoplasty or nose job surgery in Toronto. Her main concern was that her nose was too wide overall for her face. The nasal tip was also slightly over projected and she had a bump on the nasal bridge. Analysis of her nose revealed quite thick skin and a nose that was wide both in the bridge region as well as the tip. Results are shown at about 1 year after an external approach septorhinoplasty. This young woman had rhinoplasty in Toronto. She felt her nose was too prominent on her face. She felt the tip was too wide and disliked the hump and convex contour of her profile. She was found to have quite thick skin. Results are shown after an external approach ( open approach) septorhinoplasty at about 1 year. One can see a softer more feminine profile. The tip is more defined and narrower. This is somewhat limited by her thick skin. The view from below shows a narrower more triangular tip with a well healed external approach rhinoplasty incision.

This Toronto area patient had a previous rhinoplasty done elsewhere many years ago. She was displeased with her pitched overprojected tip and had difficulty breathing. Revision rhinoplasty was performed using an external approach. The front view shows softening of her nasal tip and from the side the nose has been set back closer to the face. The view from below shows some widening of the nostrils that also helped her breathing. This young woman presented for septorhinoplasty. Her main concern was that the nose was not straight and was very asymmetric. She also had difficulty breathing. Her before photos reveal a very difficult nose that is extremely deviated and asymmetric . There is a large depression on the right side of the tip. This young woman underwent a rhinoplasty in Toronto. This was done through an endonasal or closed approach. Her main concern was with her profile which had a convex shape related to a large hump and mild droopiness of the tip. The after photos show a profile that now has a softer more feminine shape with a nice break before the tip accentuating the tip’s nice shape.
